This system was built by Pall water for potable water supply to United Kingdom drinking water specification. It comprises two 40ft shipping containers and includes a clean-in-place and wastewater neutralisation facility. It is rated to produce 8000 m3/day of low turbidity water for potable supply from an upland reservoir with variable turbidity. It has 4000 square metres of installed membrane area
This system is reserved for ‘clean’ applications only (i.e. for water supply or reverse osmosis pretreatment). Unfortunately this system is not suitable for desalination application

Another system built by Pall water for potable water supply to United Kingdom drinking water specification. It is rated to produce 8000 m3/day of low turbidity water for potable supply from an upland reservoir with variable turbidity. It has 4000 square metres of installed membrane area.
Although to date this system has only seen a small period of operation on a water supply site we offer this for rental into water recycling applications, for large scale industrial or utility end users. Given its large size – it would be ideally suited for reverse osmosis pre-treatment although it is not suitable for use on seawater
Food and beverage microfiltration system
This is a slid mounted system built by Pall water for the food and drink industry equipped with 500 square metres of installed membrane area. It is of use for treating make up water (e.g. from borehole or spring) or even low viscosity product (e.g. lager). A CIP system is included in the system supply. It has full sanitary construction in high grade stainless steel.
Equally this system could be used for water supply application
Reverse osmosis pure water system for 20 cubic metres per day production
A mobile system on a mobile frame with wheels suitable for a factory or facility with modest pure water requirement. This system is equipped with 4 no. ultra low pressure Permatec 4040 size RO membranes to provide 20 tonnes of pure water per 24 hour day. It requires a good quality feedwater (maximum turbidity 0.5 NTU) at a pressure of minimum 1 bar and is therefore most suited for use on mains water supplies. Alternatively it may be suitable for use on some borehole supplies
Preferably the feed water is soft, softened, or is dosed with antiscalant (please contact us for further details).
It requires a single phase 50Hz power supply
Reverse osmosis pure water system for 6 cubic metres per day production
This is a floor standing system suitable for a window cleaning business or commercial aquarium. It is equipped with a single ultra low pressure Permatec 4040 size RO membranes to provide 6000 litres of pure water per 24 hour day. It requires a good quality feedwater (maximum turbidity 0.5 NTU) at a pressure of minimum 1 bar and is therefore most suited for use on mains water supplies.
Generally it requires 240v power for operation, although in some locations where the mains water pressure is 60 PSI or greater, it can operate without power.
