Membrane Process Services are specialists in the chemical cleaning of all types of membrane systems. We offer practical solutions to the common problem of membrane fouling across all industry sectors and for all types of membrane systems.
Membrane cleaning can be optimised on site using the existing CIP apparatus but we can also remove the membrane elements for intensive off site cleaning and performance restoration in specialist apparatus.
Membrane process chemicals
To support our membrane cleaning service we have developed a range of potent membrane cleaning chemicals to suit all membrane systems and all types of membrane filter. For RO systems we have a market leading RO antiscalant formulation
Permatec reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes
European distributors for the Permatec range of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes. A comprehensive range of NSF approved models covering all operating pressures up to 55 Bar and operating temperatures up to 45 deg C. These can be retrofitted to all reverse osmosis systems in water, wastewater and water recycling applications. Ultra low pressure for energy saving with uncompromised product quality. Low fouling / high rejection models especially suitable for high salinity wastewater recycling. Brackish and seawater models in 8040, 4040 and 4021 industry standard sizes.
Reconditioned and loaner membrane elements
In support of our membrane cleaning operations we carry stocks of many different types of RO elements ready for immediate deployment. These are especially useful for getting critical systems up and running when the installed membranes have suffered an integrity failure. When clients require their systems to have minimum downtime it is sometimes more preferable to install a loan membrane set for a guaranteed result while the fouled set are taken for off site cleaning
